Howard Borlotti is an American male character who appears in CBBC's television series "Miami 7". He is the owner of a Miami hotel named "Paradise Hotel" which he runs along side his brother Marvin which is the hotel where S Club 7 are sent at the series.
We see in the first episode "Take Off" that the, unbeknownst to the band, they were only sent to the hotel in the first place as their manager wanted to get rid of them.
Howard often acts as the series antagonist of Miami with him forcing the band to perform numerous duties involved in running the hotel. He often withholds the bands pay or finds dubious reasons to reduce the amount her owned them.
In "The Blue Chevy he sells the band his old car which he knew want working which causes the band to breakdown and become stranded. Jo gets her own back on him by breaking into his garage and stealing the parts she needed to fix the car.
